about

Me

I'm Rosalind

I am passionate about helping people live a more grounded, authentic, and fulfilling life, particularly during periods of change, uncertainty, or emotional difficulty.

I'm naturally reflective and curious, with a deep interest in understanding how people make sense of their experiences and the world around them.

This thoughtful approach underpins both my therapeutic work and my ongoing commitment to learning and professional development.

Outside of my clinical work, I value time that allows for reflection and restoration. I enjoy long walks by the coast, quiet moments with a cup of tea and a book, where there is space to slow down and notice detail. These experiences support the calm, attentive presence I bring to my work with clients.

I am a Psychotherapist, Therapeutic Counsellor, Clinical Supervisor, Consultant and Keynote Speaker, supporting adults, young people, children and couples through a wide range of emotional, psychological and life challenges.

The foundation of my practice is an integrative approach to psychotherapy, recognising that every individual is unique and that no single therapeutic model is right for everyone. I draw on a range of evidence-informed approaches, tailoring therapy to your individual needs, experiences and goals while ensuring that the therapeutic relationship remains at the heart of our work. Together, we work at a pace that feels safe, collaborative and meaningful for you.

I am qualified, insured and trained to Level 7, the highest level within the CPCAB-regulated framework. I am committed to ongoing professional development and continually update my knowledge and skills in line with current research, best practice and emerging evidence, ensuring that the support I provide remains both current and effective.

A significant focus of my practice is supporting neurodivergent individuals, including those with ADHD and autism, across different stages of life. My work is informed by specialist training, research and my own lived experience of being diagnosed with ADHD, autism and dyslexia later in life. This personal insight enhances my understanding of the emotional, relational and identity-related aspects of neurodivergence while remaining firmly grounded within professional and ethical therapeutic practice.

I have undertaken specialist training with UKAAN, the UK's leading professional organisation for adult ADHD, and my work is further informed by study connected with King's College London. This includes training related to assessment, diagnosis and post-diagnostic support, alongside ongoing engagement with contemporary ADHD and autism research.

Alongside my work with neurodivergence, I have extensive experience supporting individuals who have experienced trauma, including sexual abuse, exploitation and other adverse life experiences. My therapeutic work is informed by both clinical practice and my Master's study in Criminology and Criminal Psychology at the University of Essex, which continues to deepen my understanding of trauma, coercion, power and psychological recovery. I aim to provide a compassionate, confidential and emotionally safe space where clients can explore their experiences at a pace that feels manageable and respectful.

Alongside my clinical work, I also contribute to clinical supervision, professional training and consultancy, supporting both individuals and organisations to develop a greater understanding of trauma, neurodiversity and psychologically informed practice.

Whatever brings someone to therapy, my aim is always the same: to offer thoughtful, grounded and ethical support that helps people develop greater self-understanding, strengthen their resilience and move forward in ways that feel meaningful and sustainable.
